Hector Bellerin is set to make his first Premier League appearance of the season when Arsenal take on Leicester City at the King Power Stadium.

Arsenal manager Unai Emery has handed full-back Hector Bellerin his first start of the 2019-20 Premier League against Leicester City. The Spaniard starts as the right wing-back for the Gunners at the King Power, with Sead Kolasinac getting the nod over Kieran Tierney on the opposite flank.

Emery has stuck with a three-man backline once again, but only Rob Holding has held onto his place from the midweek game against Vitoria SC. He is partnered by Calum Chambers and David Luiz, with Sokratis getting dropped to the bench. Bernd Leno reclaims his spot between the sticks.

Lucas Torreira and Matteo Guendouzi return to the starting XI in the middle of the park with Joe Willock named among the substitutes. Mesut Ozil also gets recalled with the German playmaker slotting in the hole behind the two strikers who are Alexandre Lacazette and newly-appointed first captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Gabriel Martinelli provides the attacking firepower from the bench along with marquee summer signing Nicolas Pepe and academy prospect Bukayo Saka.

Arsenal Confirmed XI: Leno; Chambers, Luiz, Holding; Bellerin, Torreira, Guendouzi, Kolasinac; Ozil; Lacazette, Aubameyang
