Unai Emery has made two changes to the side that beat Cardiff City as Arsenal prepare to lock horns with Manchester City at Etihad.

Laurent Koscielny returns to the side after recovering from injury, lining up in what looks like a back three also featuring Nacho Monreal and Shkodran Mustafi. The Frenchman takes over the responsibility of leading Arsenal from Mesut Ozil, who has dropped down to the bench.

Ozil has been replaced by Alex Iwobi, with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette keeping their places in attack. Meanwhile, Denis Suarez is in contention to make his Arsenal debut against former side Manchester City, but he starts on the bench.

For Manchester City, Bernardo Silva starts, with David Silva set to lead the side out. With just three defenders named by Pep Guardiola, it appears to be a three-man backline, with Kyle Walker acting as a wide centre-back.
