Maurizio Sarri has made ten changes to the side that was held to a 2-2 draw in the Europa League as Chelsea prepare to take on Brighton and Hove Albion at the Amex Stadium.
Willian is the only player who has retained his place from the midweek fixture, starting on the left side of the Chelsea attack, with Pedro on the opposite flank. Interestingly, Eden Hazard has been picked to reprise the false nine role once again following his success against Manchester City.
The midfield and defensive units have changed completely, with Kepa Arrizabalaga also returning in the Chelsea goal, replacing Willy Caballero. Olivier Giroud and Ross Barkley are impact substitute options, with Alvaro Morata not a part of the squad altogether.
