Arsene Wenger has shocked everyone by naming Theo Walcott as the lone striker as Arsenal host Leicester City at Emirates on Wednesday.

Many believed Danny Welbeck will be afforded a start upfront for the Gunners as Olivier Giroud is given a deserved rest after the FA Cup semi-final win over Manchester City. But, Wenger has chosen to start Theo Walcott upfront instead with Ozil and Sanchez as the two playing the support role for the English international.

The big news though, is the return in the starting lineup, of Hector Bellerin – a player who has been on the unfortunate end of Wenger’s shift to a 3-man defence.

For Leicester, the onus will be on Wilfred Ndidi to provide another flawless performance in the middle of the park as the Foxes have slowly started to extinguish the demons of their disastrous start.
