FC Barcelona were extremely busy in the transfer window on Thursday as they signed goalkeeper Jasper Cillissen from Ajax before selling Claudio Bravo to Manchester City.

After the shock exclusion of Joe Hart from the first two Premier League games, it was clear that City manager Pep Guardiola was in the market for a new goalkeeper.

Barcelona keeper Claudio Bravo was heavily linked with a move to the Etihad Stadium, and was officially announced by the club on Thursday.

The Catalan side wasted little time in finding a replacement and announced the signing of Ajax stopper Jasper Cillissen before Manchester City could officially sign Bravo.
