FC Barcelona’s new singing gave his first interview since completing a €25 million switch from French club Lyon.
On Wednesday, Spanish side Barcelona announced highly-rated French defender Samuel Umtiti as their new signing. It is understood that the youngster cost the Catalan giants €25 million after a fine showing at the recently concluded European Championships in France.
In his first interview as a Barcelona player, Umtiti expressed his happiness in joining the “biggest club in the world” and that it was a dream come true for him. He also referred to himself as a calm and hard-working player, and believes that it would take a lot to impress the fans at Camp Nou.
