Sporting CP will not demand €80 million to part ways with 21-year-old Spanish right-back Ivan Fresneda in the summer transfer window amid his links with Premier League clubs.

The three Premier League giants are scouring the market for a right-back heading into the summer transfer window. So, the 21-year-old Sporting CP wide player has emerged as a target. Meanwhile, the Primeira Liga champions are prepared to sell him for a discounted rate, rather than demanding the release clause of €80 million.

Ivan Fresneda has made considerable progress since joining Sporting CP from Real Valladolid in August 2023. Born in Madrid, the Spaniard spent his formative years in his homeland, passing through the academies at CF Quijorna, EFMO Boadilla, Real Madrid, and CD Leganes before graduating from the youth division at Real Valladolid.
The 21-year-old has made 73 appearances for Sporting CP thus far while chipping in with four goals and three assists.
