Manchester United are also keen on signing the 16-year-old wonderkid and seal the deal for his signature in the summer transfer window. Meanwhile, Gremio will demand around €20 million to part ways with the teenage sensation.

Gabriel Mec is the latest highly-rated prodigy to rise in prominence in his homeland. A native of Rio de Janeiro, he has been with Gremio since 2019 and has gone from strength to strength in the last half a decade at the Brazilian club.
The 16-year-old has taken age-group football by storm in his homeland, with his exploits capturing the attention of well-known clubs across Europe.
