According to Florian Plettenberg, Juventus are keen to sign Jadon Sancho on loan during the January window. The 23-year-old Manchester United ace is ready to move abroad if the conditions are right, while a return to Borussia Dortmund may not materialise.
The Jadon Sancho saga continues to rumble on in the background, with the 23-year-old Manchester United ace still refusing an apology to Erik ten Hag. As things stand, he remains banished from first-team activities and continues to train with the youth squads.
With each passing week, it appears more likely for the winger to leave Manchester United in January, as there’s no end to his current plight at the club. There are a few options, but most of them may not materialise due to Sancho’s massive £300,000-a-week wages.
Manchester United are willing to subsidise his wages in a bid to let him join another club on loan. With a temporary move away from Old Trafford, the Red Devils are hoping the winger retains or improves his current value, which could hit rock bottom if he continues to remain absent from the first team.

If Manchester United plan on paying a chunk of Sancho’s wages, Juventus would like to sign him on a loan deal. Fabrizio Romano recently ruled a move from the Bianconeri, but now, Florian Plettenberg insists their interest is real and they could make an approach.
Juventus are looking at value additions in the next window, but signing a winger is the least of their priorities. Yet, they could view the availability of the 23-year-old Manchester United ace as a market opportunity to improve their side this season.
Plettenberg confirmed Juventus’ interest but ruled out a potential return to former side Borussia Dortmund. A recent report suggested a move back to the Bundesliga side does not look straightforward, as the German giants may have to make adjustments to sign Sancho.
However, they might still show an interest if the conditions are favourable. For Sancho, he must escape his current plight at Manchester United, as a move to Juventus might suit his plan. The Red Devils will also know selling him now will not net them good money, so they are open to a loan deal for a longer period than just six months, as per other reports.
