Jadon Sancho hopes Manchester United will sack Erik ten Hag

Jadon Sancho hopes to outlast Erik ten Hag as he hopes for Manchester United to sack the Dutchman and protect his career at the club.

According to Football Transfers, Jadon Sancho hopes Manchester United sack Erik ten Hag as he wishes to continue playing for the club. Tensions have erupted to a new level between the pair as the 23-year-old ace continues his exile away from the Dutchman’s first-team plans.

Rifts and misunderstandings are part of any football club, but some issues have a lasting effect on all parties concerned. The tussle between Jadon Sancho and Erik ten Hag seems unsolvable at this stage, as neither professional is showing signs of caving in.

The problems began after the 23-year-old Manchester United ace was not included in the matchday squad to face Arsenal. Upon questioning, Ten Hag revealed Sancho did not train well, which resulted in the winger posting a now-deleted social media post refuting those claims.

Sancho effectively may have called Ten Hag a liar in public, which the manager hasn’t taken lightly. Manchester United tried to diffuse the fire by asking the 23-year-old to apologise to the manager, an idea which the winger has strongly opposed since.

With Sancho refusing to apologise, Ten Hag effectively banished him from first-team training. The 23-year-old Manchester United ace cannot even use some facilities like the dining area, among other things, as part of the punishment.

With each passing week, Manchester United are considering a departure for the winger. A recent report stated the club could subsidise his £300,000-a-week wages to let him leave on loan to another club. It’s a difficult situation for all parties, especially Sancho, who could lose his England spot for the Euros once and for all.

Sancho, on the other hand, hopes Manchester United sack Erik ten Hag. The Dutchman has come under increasing pressure following a dismal start to their season, but until now, he has retained the faith of the hierarchy.

Sancho had hoped to outlast the Dutchman, but as things stand, the winger might be the first to leave the club. Fabrizio Romano has already ruled out a move to Juventus, although there are others possibly keen to sign him.

Sancho would benefit from a loan move in January, which could allow him regular game time elsewhere. As things stand, Ten Hag will not allow him a return unless there’s a thorough public apology from the 23-year-old Manchester United ace, which the winger continues to evade.
