Liverpool FC and England forward Daniel Sturridge is happy with his decision to leave Manchester City and then Chelsea FC in order to fulfil his talents.
Daniel Sturridge at a young age of 23 has already played for three of the biggest clubs in England ai??i?? Manchester City, Chelsea and now Liverpool. The English international, who joined the Merseyside club during the January transfer window has settled down with ease at Anfield. In fact he has already scored five goals in nine appearances for Liverpool since January, and is already a fan-favourite at Anfield.
The young striker is now happy with the career decisions that he has made so far. He might have won the Premier League, Champions League and FA Cup with Chelsea, but he was denied regular first-team opportunities at Stamford Bridge. The 23-year-old feels joining Liverpool was a necessary step in order to fulfil his talents and personal ambitions.
“I was at Man City before Chelsea and everything was fine there, in fairness. I didnai??i??t have any problems, everything worked out, but I chose to leave because I didnai??i??t feel it was the best place for me to further my career.
“I moved on to Chelsea and had success. We won trophies and I have medals but in terms of my own individual ambitions, I didnai??i??t get to fulfil them.

Getting regular first-team action is also crucial for his England career with the World Cup looming large on the horizon.
