Manchester City are in talks with Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba over a potential summer move.
Paul Pogbaa s future has been under a lot of speculation and the Frenchman looks all set to make a summer move to one of Europea s top clubs. Clubs like Barcelona, Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City are believed to be very keen on signing the midfielder.
Manchester City have taken the first steps in their attempts to sign the 22-year old. According to Sky Sports Italia, Citya s representatives travelled to Turin and spoke to Pogba over a potential transfer to the Premier League club.
Paul Pogba moved to Juventus from Manchester United in 2012 on a free transfer. He refused to renew his contract with United for lack of first team action. The 22-year old has won 3 Serie A titles since joining the Italian club. The France international is contracted to play at Juventus till 2019 but it seems like the youngster is ready to leave the club this summer for a hefty price-tag.
Last yeara s Premier League champions, Manchester City are believed to be the first club to have travelled to Italy to hold talks over a potential transfer. City will have to work hard to convince the Frenchman to reject interest from Barcelona, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain and join them.
Juventus value Paul Pogba at a 100 million and it is believed that City are ready to meet the price. Manchester City are also ready to offer Yaya Toure, Samir Nasri or Edin Dzeko as part of the deal to sign the midfielder.
