According to reports, Manchester City midfielder James Milner is set to join Liverpool FC in the summer for a free transfer. James Milner, 29, is running out of contract at the Manchester club by the end of this season. Along with Liverpool, Arsenal were also keen to rope in the English footballer for a free transfer, but now it is believed that Milner has decided to choose The Reds over the Gunners even though they did not qualify for UEFA Champions League next season.

The club is reportedly going to offer James Milner A?100,000-a-week salary to make him one of their top earners next season.
