Palermo striker Paulo Dybala is becoming a most wanted player in the Premier League it seems as Chelsea and Man City have now joined Arsenal in the chase of a youngster.

Italian champions Juventus was the first club to register an interest in Paulo Dybala and the Old Lady even made an offer for the player last summer. However, Palermo swiftly rejected that offer as they decided to wait for another year so that they can earn more money from the sale of their most valuable asset.

Juventus are still the favorites for the signature of Paulo Dybala but the trio of Premier League, Arsenal, Chelsea and Man City, is also interested in the signature of the youngster as they look set to check the resolve of Bianconeri management.

Palermo want A?30m from the sale of Paulo Dybala and all the interested clubs are ready to pay that amount.

Chelsea are the newest entrants in the race for the signature of Paulo Dybala as coach Jose Mourinho is looking for a world class striker to replace Didier Drogba. The Blues are over dependent on Diego Costa this season and Chelsea management believes that Paulo Dybala could prove as the world class deputy of the Spaniard.

Manuel Pellegrini managed Man City are also in the market for a world class striker. Man City signed Wilfried Bony in the January transfer window but the future of Eden Dzeko and Jovetic looks away from the club. And the Man City authorities are looking for a top quality partner for Kun Aguero. Man City scouts have watched Paulo Dybala on few occassions this season and they are convinced with the ability of the striker.

The entry of Chelsea and Man City in chase of Paulo Dybala is a bad news for Arsenal as Arsene Wenger doesna t likes to enter into a bidding war. But the Gunners are still interested in Paulo Dybala and are ready to pay somewhere around 30 million pounds for the player.

Meanwhile, reports coming from England and Italy have also confirmed the entry of Chelsea and Man City in chase of Paulo Dybala.

Daily Mail has claimed in their report that Arsenal, Man City and Chelsea have all made enquiries for Palermo striker Paulo Dybala. Manchester United have also been to watch the Argentine but he is not high on their list. The 21-year-old is valued at A?30million by Palermo president Mauro Zamparini and Juventus are considered favourites even though they have had an opening offer rejected.
