Arsenal need to pay €180 million to sign Khvicha Kvaratskhelia

PSG will unlikely entertain offers for 25-year-old Georgian international Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in the summer transfer window unless they receive a bid around €180 million.

According to a report by Caught Offside, Paris Saint-Germain winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is the subject of interest from Arsenal. The Gunners are eager to bolster their offensive unit by signing a wide attacker in the coming months. However, PSG will not entertain offers for the 25-year-old unless they receive an eye-watering sum like €180 million.

A source told Caught Offside, “Arsenal’s recruitment team would have really liked to sign Kvaratskhelia, but PSG have bolted the door. PSG aren’t going to sell…well, maybe if Arsenal offered €180m, but that’s not going to happen.”

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and his meteoric rise

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has established himself as one of the world’s best attackers since joining Paris Saint-Germain from Napoli in January 2025. The 25-year-old was already among the most promising wingers during his spell with the Serie A club, and he has made significant progress in the last 15 months.

The Georgian international has enjoyed an impressive 2025/26 campaign, scoring 13 goals and providing eight assists in 39 appearances across all competitions. Meanwhile, Kvaratskhelia’s exploits have not gone unnoticed, capturing the attention of several high-profile clubs. Arsenal will be among the prospective suitors vying for his signature this year.

London calling?

Arsenal’s interest in Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is understandable. The Gunners are scouring the market for a top-class left-sided attacker, as Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard are not long-term solutions for the spot. While the latter has been impressive in the last two seasons, he is on the wrong side of 30.

Meanwhile, Martinelli has been inconsistent in recent seasons, and widespread reports have linked him with a move away from the North London club. Several candidates have thus emerged on Arsenal’s wishlist, with Kvaratskhelia also a viable target. However, a summer move may not be on the cards for the Premier League table-toppers.

Recent reports have revealed that Arsenal’s enquiry for a move for Kvaratskhelia hit a brick wall. So, with PSG asserting that a deal will not materialise unless they receive an eye-watering bid worth €180 million, it will be surprising to see him move to the Emirates in the coming months.
