The two Premier League giants are keen on reinforcing their first-team squads by signing a versatile midfielder in the summer transfer window. So, the 21-year-old Bayern Munich prospect has emerged as a target for them.
The latest report has revealed that the Blues have planned talks to sign the youngster, and they will soon approach Bayern Munich to discuss a possible deal. Meanwhile, the Citizens have already held informal talks for a summer move. However, Pavlovic is prioritising remaining at the Allianz Arena beyond the summer transfer window.
