West Ham United intensifying efforts to sign Taylor Harwood-Bellis, Antonin Kinsky

West Ham United will reportedly look to sign Taylor Harwood-Bellis and Antonin Kinsky before the winter transfer window shuts down.

According to a report by TEAMtalk, Taylor Harwood-Bellis and Antonin Kinsky are the subjects of interest from West Ham United. The Hammers are keen on reinforcing their first-team squad before the winter transfer window shuts down. So, they are intensifying their efforts to sign the Southampton centre-back and the Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper in the coming hours.

Antonin Kinsky has been a backup player since joining Tottenham Hotspur from Slavia Praha in January 2025. The 21-year-old received regular game time in his initial days at the North London club, as Guglielmo Vicario was in the treatment room. However, the youngster has been a backup shot-stopper since the Italian international returned.

The player has managed only 180 minutes of game time in two outings thus far in the 2025/26 season, as Thomas Frank has only handed him opportunities in the EFL Cup. So, it is hardly surprising that widespread reports have linked Kinsky with a move away from Tottenham, with West Ham United among the prospective suitors vying for his signature in the winter transfer window.

Meanwhile, Taylor Harwood-Bellis has made significant progress since joining Southampton from Manchester City. The Saints initially signed the Englishman on loan in September 2023 before completing a permanent move 12 months later. The 24-year-old has over 100 appearances for Southampton thus far while chipping in with nine goals and six assists.

Like Antonin Kinsky, Taylor Harwood-Bellis is a target for West Ham United heading into the final days of the winter transfer window. The Southampton defender has been on the East London club’s wishlist for a long time. The continued interest makes sense, as Max Kilman faces an uncertain future at the London Stadium.

Meanwhile, West Ham’s interest in Kinsky is understandable, as Mads Hermansen has failed to win over Nuno Espirito Santo in recent months. Widespread reports have also suggested that the Hammers and Tottenham may sanction a shock swap deal involving Kinsky and Hermansen. West Ham will now attempt to sign the Tottenham stopper and Harwood-Bellis by accelerating the two moves.

West Ham recently failed with a bid to sign Harwood-Bellis on loan from Southampton, as the Saints want to recoup £18 million from the Englishman’s sale. With the Hammers ramping up their efforts to sign Harwood-Bellis and Kinsky, it will be interesting to see if they finalise a busy winter transfer window by securing the two deals.
