The Reds are keen on bolstering their offensive unit by signing a versatile attacker in the summer transfer window. So, the 23-year-old Borussia Dortmund forward has emerged as a target for the Merseyside outfit.
The Premier League champions are ready to test the Bundesliga club’s resolve by submitting a bid worth around €20 million. However, Borussia Dortmund will not accept such a lowball offer to part ways with Munich-born attacker next summer.

Karim Adeyemi has endured a topsy-turvy ride since joining Borussia Dortmund from Red Bull Salzburg in July 2022. While the 23-year-old did not hit the ground running, he has been excellent since the 2024/25 season, even though fitness issues plagued him during the campaign.
