The Magpies have been offered the Senegalese striker ahead of deadline day, with his Chelsea future in serious jeopardy following the controversy surrounding a proposed loan deal to Bayern Munich.
It has been a difficult few days for Nicolas Jackson, with his future still hanging in the balance owing to the drama over the recent period. The Senegalese striker was earlier told by Chelsea that he does not belong in their plans and were actively looking to offload him.

Any deal will depend on his asking price, as there is every chance the Blues will stick with their high valuation, similar to the terms agreed with Bayern Munich earlier.
