Chelsea are prepared to sanction such a move to help the 19-year-old get a foothold in the top flight, as Sunderland and Leeds United are some of those sides keen.
Chelsea have been aggressive in the transfer market when it comes to signing attackers. The club have reinforced the attacking setup with signings like Joao Pedro, Liam Delap and Jamie Gittens. They are further interested in signing Xavi Simons and maintain an interest in Alejandro Garnacho, which shows the club are not done with their attacking signing business.
Those arrivals do leave a few of the current first team stars dispensable, with Noni Madueke already departing to join Arsenal, while there are active rumours for Nicolas Jackson to depart.
