The Spanish giants have received a massive boost in their pursuit as the Chelsea mainstay is keen on making the move to Madrid. He has given the green light to move to Real Madrid, and now the team in white will have to negotiate with the Blues, who have no intentions of selling one of their best players.
Fernandez came up the ranks at River Plate and made a name for himself while playing for their first team before joining Benfica in the summer of 2022. Just six months later, Chelsea came in and broke the bank to sign the Argentine international.
