According to a report by Football Insider, Chelsea could move on if Mike Maignan joins the club this summer. The AC Milan goalkeeper has been heavily linked with a move to Chelsea, and it will be interesting to see how the situation develops.
The French international is a world-class player, and he is expected to play regularly for Chelsea. The Blues will not be able to offer Sanchez or Petrovic regular game time, and it makes sense for them to leave the club in the summer.

“Goalkeeper is a problem area for Blues… Maignan has been impressive in the Champions League for Milan and at international level with France. His arrival could mean offloads for the likes of Sanchez and possibly Petrovic as well, because Maignan will no doubt be the number-one choice if he does sign.”
Maignan could be a bargain acquisition
Meanwhile, Maignan is likely to be available on a bargain because of his contract situation. The Frenchman is in the final year of his contract with the Serie A giants. The opportunity to join Chelsea will be quite attractive for him, and he will look to establish himself as one of the best players in the Premier League if he joins the club.
