The 22-year-old has been excellent for Sunderland in the EFL Championship, but Spurs face intense competition from the likes of Chelsea, West Ham United, and Crystal Palace for the left-back.
Dennis Cirkin has been a brilliant acquisition for Sunderland. He is currently considered one of the best full-backs in the Championship. With three goals and two assists to his name for the Black Cats, the 22-year-old whizkid could anticipate a big move to the Premier League in the summer.
