West Ham United midfielder Guido Rodriguez faces an uncertain future at the club.
According to TBR Football, the newly appointed West Ham manager Graham Potter has decided to sanction his departure if the right offer comes in.
Rodriguez has struggled at West Ham and he has not been able to live up to the expectations. He is still getting to grips with English football and the Argentine International is already being linked with an exit. The midfielder joined West Ham on a free transfer from Real Betis in the summer and he was expected to establish himself as an important starter for the London club.
The player was reportedly in talks with clubs from Turkey and Saudi Arabia last month and it will be interesting to see if he can secure an exit. Meanwhile, clubs in Brazil are keen on the player as well. The Brazilian transfer window does not close until the end of the month and multiple clubs, including Corinthians, have held talks regarding a move for the Argentina international.
Clubs from Russia are keeping tabs on his situation as well.
Rodriguez has previously shown his quality in La Liga and there is no doubt that he has the technical attributes to do well in other European leagues as well. It remains to be seen whether he decides to continue in Europe or move to Brazil in the coming weeks.

He has not been able to make the desired impact at West Ham, and it is no surprise that they are ready to let go of him. His departure will free up the wage bill for the Hammers, and they will be able to bring the necessary additions at the end of the season.
With that said, they are lacking in quality and depth in the midfield department. Letting the experienced South American midfielder leave this month could prove to be a poor decision. Even though he has not been at his best, his presence will allow the Hammers to rotate their squad. It remains to be seen how the situation unfolds over the next few weeks.
