Crystal Palace are vying for Birmingham City teenager Zaid Betteka as they face big competition from Norwich City and Rangers.
According to Football Insider, Crystal Palace are in a tussle for Zaid Betteka ahead of the summer transfer window, with Norwich City and Rangers well-placed in the race for the Birmingham City teenager. The 18-year-old is yet to sign professional terms at the League One side, which has alerted his suitors over a potential move.
Zaid Betteka is highly regarded by those in charge of Birmingham City, despite the fact that the 18-year-old League One midfield prodigy is yet to play a senior game at St Andrew’s. The teenager has impressed with the Under-21 side, and already has many teams showing an interest in taking him away.
Birmingham City are hopeful of keeping the 18-year-old League One midfield prodigy, as they are vying for promotion from League One. The Blues currently lead the standings with four points and two games in hand over second-placed Wycombe Wanderers.
