Arsenal and Chelsea have enquired about the availability of Juventus ace Dusan Vlahovic who seems keen on a move to the Premier League.
Arsenal and Chelsea were both keen on signing a new number nine during the summer. But, things didn’t go according to plan and neither of them signed a new striker. While their forward have been doing a great job in the new campaign, the search for a world-class forward continues.
Despite Kai Havertz and Nicolas Jackson’s impressive performances, the Gunners and the Blues would like to bring in someone who can compete with them for a place in the starting XI. According to a report from TBR, both London clubs are interested in the services of Dusan Vlahovic and they have asked to be kept informed about his situation at Juventus.
Vlahovic joined the Old Lady at the start of 2022 after making a name for himself at Fiorentina. While he has had a mixed time at the Turin-based club, the 24-year-old seems to be enjoying life under new boss Thiago Motta.
The Serbian striker has seven goals and an assist in his ten outings this season. His current deal with the Serie A giants runs until the summer of 2026 and they are confident that he will pen down a new deal despite turning down an offer earlier in the year.

But, if he doesn’t agree to sign a new contract offer before the end of the season, the Old Lady will look to sell him in the summer of 2025. Both Arsenal and Chelsea are aware of the situation and they have asked to be kept informed about it.
With Gabriel Jesus struggling with fitness issues and failing to meet expectations, Vlahovic could be an ideal signing for the Gunners as his arrival will give them the flexibility to play Havertz in a deeper role.
Meanwhile, the Blues want a world-class striker who can help them take the next step and the Serbian international does have the potential to be a special player.
Both clubs have a long-standing interest in the 24-year-old and they are closely monitoring him ahead of a potential move. They do have a boost as the player’s entourage has confirmed in the past that he will be open to a move to the Premier League.
