On the other hand, Sanchez has mainly trained to defend in the right-back role but possesses the quality to play further up the pitch, especially on the right wing.
While his numbers are not close to what Alexander-Arnold produces, Sanchez could become a top star and add to the competition with Conor Bradley at Anfield. Hence, for more reasons than not, the 21-year-old La Liga prospect would suit Liverpool if they prioritise him to replace Alexander-Arnold.
