According to a report by Spanish outlet Real Madrid Exclusivo, Florian Wirtz remains the subject of interest from Real Madrid, and Los Blancos might sanction a swap deal involving Rodrygo to land the 21-year-old German international from Bundesliga champions Bayer Leverkusen in the 2025 summer transfer window.

Florian Wirtz has established himself as one of the best young players in the world since joining Bayer Leverkusen from FC Koln in January 2020.
