Liverpool might launch a last-ditch move to sign 21-year-old Chelsea prospect Levi Colwill if Joe Gomez departs from Anfield in the next few days.

Arne Slot has drawn up a three-player list of candidates who can be potential replacements for Joe Gomez amid widespread rumours linking the English utility man with a late departure. Levi Colwill has established himself as one of the best young prospects in the Premier League since establishing a foothold in the first-team squad at Chelsea. The Englishman had already risen in prominence after his successful loan spells with Huddersfield Town and Brighton & Hove Albion.
