Chelsea are keen on bolstering their attack ahead of next season. They want to bring in a top forward who can lead the line and according to a report from HITC, the Blues have been offered the chance to sign Paris Saint-Germain star duo Randal Kolo Muani and Goncalo Ramos.
Kolo Muani made quite a name for himself while playing for Eintracht Frankfurt before joining the French giants last summer. He had a decent debut season at PSG, scoring nine goals and bagging six assists in his 40 outings. While the Frenchman prefers playing as a number nine, he is capable enough to feature on either flank.
Ramos also made the move to PSG last summer after an impressive rise at Benfica. While it was an initial loan deal, the move became permanent at the start of the year. He was involved in 40 matches in his debut campaign and contributed towards 16 goals (14 goals, 2 assists).
PSG ready to part ways with Kolo Muani and Ramos
While the two players have long-term contracts at the French club and have made a decent start to life in Paris, the Ligue 1 champions are willing to sanction their departure to ensure they get their hands on their priority target for this summer.
Following the departure of Kylian Mbappe, they need a start forward who can lead their attack, and Victor Osihmen is their top target. To have enough funds to prise him away from Napoli, PSG are willing to part ways with Kolo Muani and Ramos.
Chelsea offered a chance to sign the PSG duo
Chelsea are also looking to sign a new number nine ahead of next season. They struggled in front of the goal at times last season and want to bring in a top forward who can lead the line for them.
Victor Osimhen has been on their wishlist for a while now. But signing the Nigerian international seems to be beyond their capabilities at this point, and PSG seems to have offered them an alternative option.
Intermediaries have reached out to the West London club and have informed them about the availability of Randal Kolo Muani and Goncalo Ramos. PSG are willing to part ways with the duo to make room for Osimhen and raise the funds needed to strike a deal with the Naples-based club.
The Blues are pushing hard for a new number nine and both options seem quite tempting. However, the asking price might have a big say on whether Chelsea make a move for them or not. They are still pondering about it and are yet to deliver a response.
