According to a report from Calciomercato.it, Juventus have reignited their interest in Benoit Badiashile and are considering making a move for the Chelsea defensive sensation. The Old Lady want to add more quality to their backline, and they feel the French centre-back could help their cause. The Blues value him at around €35 million.
Badiashile came up the ranks at AS Monaco, and he was promoted to their first team back in the summer of 2019. On the back of his impressive rise at the French club and his consistent performances for their first team, Chelsea forked out a significant fee to bring him to Stamford Bridge in the winter of 2023.
The move to Stamford Bridge has not really worked out for the French international as he has struggled with injuries and has not been able to establish himself in their first team. Last season, he could only feature in 22 matches and was on the pitch for a total of just 1,666 minutes.
