According to a report by Goal Brasil, Wesley Gassova is the subject of interest from West Ham United. The Hammers have been keen on signing the Brazilian attacking sensation for several months. Meanwhile, the Corinthians wonderkid is also a target for Crystal Palace. However, the East London club will soon present a bid worth over €20 million to secure his services.
Wesley Gassova: Yet another Brazilian sensation
Wesley Gassova is one of the most recent prodigies to rise in prominence in his homeland. Brazil continues to produce highly promising prospects by the bagfuls year after year, with the latest generation witnessing the rise of Endrick, Estevao Willian, Luis Guilherme, and Wesley, among others.
A native of Sao Paulo, the 19-year-old has graduated from the fabled academy at Corinthians. The youngster made his first-team debut for the club in April 2022 and has turned out 66 more times since then, chipping in with seven goals and five assists.
Meanwhile, Wesley Gassova’s progress has not gone unnoticed, capturing the attention of several well-known clubs across Europe. The report by Goal Brasil has claimed that AC Milan, Atletico Madrid, Brighton & Hove Albion, and Real Betis are interested in him. However, his next destination might be London, with Crystal Palace and West Ham United vying for his signature.

The Eagles are keen on signing a versatile attacker in the summer transfer window amid uncertainties surrounding the futures of Michael Olise and Eberechi Eze. However, Crystal Palace might lose the race to sign the 19-year-old Brazilian attacking sensation.
As for West Ham, they are in a spot of bother over Lucas Paqueta’s long-term future. Wesley has thus emerged as a viable target for the East London club. The Hammers have failed with a previous bid to sign the youngster but are ready to offer over €20 million to secure his services.
