Real Madrid will not entertain any offers to sell or loan out Arda Guler in the summer transfer window after receiving enquiries for the 19-year-old.
According to Fabrizio Romano, as relayed by Madrid Xtra, Several clubs are interested in a deal for Arda Guler in the summer transfer window. Over half a dozen enquiries have come Real Madrid’s way. However, the reigning La Liga champions are firm on their stance over a summer exit for the 19-year-old, who will not go anywhere in the coming months.
Arda Guler and his Real Madrid journey so far
Arda Guler endured a trial by fire after joining Real Madrid from Fenerbahce in a deal worth €20 million last summer. Los Blancos beat heavy competition to sign the teenage sensation, with Barcelona also vying for his signature. However, the youngster endured a few fitness nightmares before making his mark at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Carlo Ancelotti eased Guler into the thick of the action instead of throwing him into the deep end. However, the 19-year-old was exceptional whenever he took the field, amassing six goals in 12 appearances across all competitions, with his output coming in only 44 minutes of game time.
However, with competition for places being intense at Real Madrid, it is hardly surprising that many clubs want to take advantage of the situation and sign the Turkish international on loan in the summer transfer window. Recent reports have linked Guler with a few La Liga clubs, including Sevilla and Real Betis.
Will Guler leave Real Madrid this summer?
The latest update has revealed that the Merengues have received over half a dozen enquiries to part ways with Arda Guler in the summer transfer window. However, Real Madrid will not entertain any offers for the 19-year-old Turk, who features in Ancelotti’s plans.
The Merengues have already knocked back approaches from Sevilla and Real Betis. The other suitors will also receive a similar response from Real Madrid. So, a summer exit is not on the cards for the 19-year-old wonderkid.
With Guler in Ancelotti’s plans for the 2024/25 season, it will be interesting to see if he grows in stature at the Santiago Bernabeu in the upcoming campaign. However, he seems to have a bright future at Real Madrid.
