According to a report from Football Transfers, Arsenal and Newcastle United are both keen on having Amadou Onana in their squad ahead of next season. While there is a lot of interest in the 22-year-old’s services, the Gunners and the Magpies are currently front-runners for his signature.

On the back of an impressive season at LOSC Lille, Everton forked out £32 million to sign Onana in the summer of 2022. The defensive midfielder has gone from strength to strength since making the move to the Merseyside club. He has featured in 69 matches for them and has even contributed towards seven goals.
Onana’s consistent performances for club and country have attracted a lot of attention. The player looks all set to part ways with Everton in the summer.
