According to a report by German outlet BILD, Malick Thiaw is the subject of interest from Real Madrid. The Merengues are scouring the market for a centre-back heading into the summer transfer window. And they are stepping up their interest in the 22-year-old AC Milan defender.

Malick Thiaw has come leaps and bounds since joining AC Milan from FC Schalke 04 in August 2022. A native of Dusseldorf, he passed through the academies at five German clubs while graduating from the Schalke youth division. Meanwhile, the Rossoneri shelled out only €8.8 million to land the German international.
However, such has been Thiaw’s progress at San Siro that his market value has zoomed from €6 million to €30 million. Meanwhile, the youngster has turned out 50 times thus far for AC Milan, chipping in with one assist. Meanwhile, the 22-year-old defender’s progress has not gone unnoticed, capturing the attention of several high-profile clubs.
