Manchester United and Newcastle United are reportedly keen on signing Adrien Rabiot in a Bosman move in the summer transfer window.

A report from Calciomercato has claimed that both Manchester United and Newcastle United have now made preliminary contact with 29-year-old Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot regarding a summer move.

Rabiot’s contract comes to an end in the summer and he will be able to move on as a free agent. Signing a player of his quality on a free transfer would represent an exceptional bargain. Manchester United need more quality in the middle of the park, and Rabiot would be the ideal acquisition for them.

He has the quality and the experience to adapt to the Premier League and make an immediate impact at Old Trafford. Manchester United must invest in a quality central midfielder and a defensive midfielder. Rabiot has the technical attributes to do well in the Premier League, and he could be a key player for Manchester United.

The French international midfielder is at the peak of his powers right now, and he could transform the Red Devils in the midfield. Meanwhile, Newcastle United are looking to bring him in as well.

Both clubs have the financial muscle to offer him a lucrative contract this summer, and it will be interesting to see where he ends up. The midfielder currently earns €7 million per season, and he will demand a significant pay rise.

Rabiot could be tempted to join Manchester United
