Manchester United and West Ham certainly have the financial resources to pay the reported €30 million asking price, and it will be interesting to see if they follow up on their interest with an official proposal in the summer.

Fofana has the physicality and technical attributes to do well in the Premier League, and he will add defensive cover and physicality to the Manchester United and West Ham midfield. The 25-year-old Frenchman will chip in with goals and creativity as well. He has two goals and three assists to his name across all competitions.
