According to a report by Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo, Roony Bardghji is the subject of interest from Real Madrid. The Merengues are not necessarily in the market for an attacker amid heavy links with Kylian Mbappe. But they might compete with Barcelona and Chelsea for the 18-year-old FC Copenhagen sensation.
Who is Roony Bardghji?
Roony Bardghji is one of the best young prospects in Europe. Born in Kuwait City, the teenage wonderkid has been eligible to represent Syria and Sweden. But he has chosen Sweden as his national side after spending most of his formative years in the country. Meanwhile, he ended his youth career at FC Copenhagen, making his first-team debut as a 16-year-old in November 2021.
Since then, the 18-year-old has come leaps and bounds, featuring regularly for FC Copenhagen this season. He has found the back of the net 11 times in 31 appearances thus far this term.
