Manchester United, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are all keen on having Pedro Neto in their ranks starting next season.

According to Dean Jones via GiveMeSport, Wolverhampton Wanderers might be unable to hold onto their Portuguese star Pedro Neto beyond the summer transfer window. The 23-year-old has been in sensational form and there is interest in his services from English giants, Manchester United, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.

Neto joined Wolves back in the summer of 2019 from Lazio. He got off to a decent start to life in England and went from strength to strength over the next few years. But, his progress was halted because of a knee injury but it seems the Portuguese international is back at his best.

In his 18 league outings this season, the 23-year-old has scored two goals and has also bagged nine assists so far. He has been key to Wolves impressive performances this season but Neto might not be a part of their ranks next term.

Three Premier League giants after Neto’s signatures

While he is under contract until the summer of 2027, United, Arsenal and Tottenham are ready to prise him away from Wolves. United are keen on reinforcing their attack ahead of next season. The Red Devils need a new winger, preferably someone who can start on the right flank because of the uncertain future of Mason Greenwood, Jadon Sancho and Antony.

Neto is a proven Premier League star who is still quite young and he perfectly fits the bill for the Manchester-based club. As far as Spurs are concerned, they are trying to add more depth and quality to the wide areas as they look to use Son Heung-min and Richarlison in a more central role.

The Portuguese international has been on their radar for a while now and they are preparing to push for him in the summer. While Arsenal have quality forwards in their ranks, Mikel Arteta seeks more firepower. He wants Neto in his ranks as the 23-year-old is capable enough to feature anywhere in attack and that will give Arteta more options to work with.

Neto’s price tag

With United, Arsenal and Tottenham involved, Jones feels Wolves are unlikely to hold onto the player and that the next few months will most likely be his last at the Wolverhampton-based club. And, as per the report, they will ask for a fee close to £80 million for the signatures of former Lazio winger.

Not close to but “starting ” at £80m, expect a price war rising to over £100m, talk is we don’t have to sell regardless of media reports suggesting we do because of ffp.
Plus Neto is ” very” happy at the club.
