According to Ignazio Genuardi, Tottenham are prioritising a move for Jean-Clair Todibo, and they might already have an agreement in place with OGC Nice. The defender is reportedly a target for Manchester United as well.
Premier League Calling Jean-Clair Todibo?
The French international defender will want to take the next step in his career, and a move to the Premier League will be an exciting opportunity for him. He has already proven himself to be a reliable defender in Ligue 1, and he will want to test himself at a high level now. Regular football in the Premier League could help him improve further and cement his place in the French national team as well.
Tottenham started the season well, but their form has dipped because of injury problems. They have looked quite vulnerable defensively and someone like Todibo could transform them at the back. The player could cost around €50-60 million.
Players like Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven are currently sidelined with injuries. So, Tottenham must plug the gaps in their defence if they want to secure Champions League qualification. Meanwhile, Manchester United are in a similar situation.

Manchester United must invest in a quality central defender, and the French international would be a superb option for them.
