West Ham United want to price Jarrod Bowen out of 2024 move

West Ham United want to price Jarrod Bowen out of a move in 2024 amid interest from Newcastle United and Liverpool.

According to Dean Jones via GIVEMESPORT, West Ham United are keen on having Jarrod Bowen in their ranks for years to come. The Hammers have no intentions of parting ways with the 26-year-old, who has been in sensational form in the ongoing season. Newcastle United and Liverpool are interested in him.

Jarrod Bowen and His Journey at West Ham United

Jarrod Bowen has gone from strength to strength since joining the Hammers in the winter of 2020 from Hull City. He has established himself as one of the mainstays of the teams over the years. The West Ham attacker has taken his taken to another level in the ongoing season.

The Englishman has been involved in a total of 18 matches and has contributed towards 13 goals. In his 14 Premier League appearances, he has nine goals and an assist. His incredible performances have helped Bowen make his way into the England national team, and it has also resulted in a lot of interest from across Europe.

The Suitors

In England, Liverpool and Newcastle United are two clubs keen on having him in their ranks. The Merseyside club are preparing for life without Mohamed Salah as the Egypt international has been linked with a move to the Middle East.

Salah’s departure could leave a huge void, which Jurgen Klopp wants to fill by signing Bowen. As far as the Magpies are concerned, they want more firepower in attack. Eddie Howe’s team have gone from strength to strength since their takeover, and he is looking to further bolster an already strong squad by adding the 26-year-old into the mix.

Newcastle and Liverpool are both willing to go hard to land him at the club. But, it won’t be easy to acquire his services. The 26-year-old recently penned down a deal until 2030. He is committed to the club, and they have no intentions of selling him.

The Hammers are well in control of the situation with years left on Bowen’s deal and they might value him at around £100 million, a fee that they recently received for the sale of Declan Rice. West Ham are unlikely to let him leave for anything less than £100 million, a figure that might be a bit too much for both Newcastle and Liverpool. In short, West Ham will look to price him out of a move in 2024.
