The 25-year-old has established himself as a key player for Sporting CP, and he could prove to be a quality acquisition for Aston Villa as well. The Premier League side are reportedly looking to get rid of Bertrand Traore, and they will need to bring in a quality replacement.
Goncalves mainly operates as a right-sided winger. But he is versatile enough to operate on the left as well. He will add goals and creativity to the side from the white areas. The 25-year-old scored 20 goals across all competitions last season and picked up 15 assists along the way as well.
