Tottenham Hotspur are keen on having Kerem Akturloglu in their ranks and they have set up a scouting mission for the 24-year-old.
According to a report by Milliyet, Tottenham Hotspur want to bolster their attack in the near future and they have their eyes set on Kerem Akturloglu. The 24-year-old attacker has put in some impressive performances in the recent past. And, Spurs are looking to scout the Galatasaray forward in the coming weeks ahead of a potential transfer.
Akturloglu joined the Turkish club in the summer of 2020. And, he has gone from strength to strength since. The 24-year-old has featured in a total of 135 matches and he has contributed towards 71 goals. He has found the back of the net on 34 occasions and also has 37 assists his name.
The Turkish international has carried his form into the 2023-24 season. He already has 12 goal contributions in his 16 outings. His impressive performances have attracted a lot of attention. And, Tottenham are one of the clubs keen on having him in their ranks.
Spurs lost a lot of firepower in attack during the summer as they decided to sell their record goal scorer Harry Kane to Bayern Munich. While they have done well in his absence, Spurs do need another source of goal. And, they feel Akturloglu could be a great addition to their ranks.
The 24-year-old can feature as a left winger as well as an attacking midfielder. He will add creativity along with goals. As a result, Ange Postecoglou seems interested in acquiring his services.
