However, they will face competition from Arsenal, who have already initiated talks with the player’s agent. The teenage defensive prodigy has a £69 million release clause in his contract.
The 19-year-old is highly rated in European football. So, it is no surprise that the London clubs are keen on signing him. The player has been linked with Manchester United as well.
