Arsenal have linked with a move for the Napoli striker Victor Osimhen and the Italian outfit want Gabriel Jesus to replace him.

A report from Calciomercato.it claims that the Italian club would be willing to sign Gabriel Jesus from the Premier League club and Arsenal are demanding a fee of around €60 million for the Brazilian international.

The 26-year-old has been a key player for Arsenal since joining the club from Manchester City and it remains to be seen whether the Gunners sanction his departure midway through the season.

Jesus is at the peak of his powers right now and he could relish the opportunity to prove himself in the Italian league.

The Brazilian international is more than just a striker, and it is overall bowling ability could prove to be a bonus for Napoli. Jesus is capable of operating as the wide forward as well.

As far as Osimhen is concerned, he has been a prolific goalscorer for the Italian club and he will be looking to make his mark in the Premier League if he joins the club.

Although €60 million is a substantial amount of money, Napali should be able to afford the Brazilian striker if they sell Osimhen in the coming months.

The Nigerian international has proven himself in the Italian league, and he will be looking to make his mark in the Premier League now. Osimhen is entering his peak years and he will add some much-needed cutting edge in the final third for Arsenal. Jesus has never been a prolific goalscorer for the Gunners and the Napoli striker will certainly be an upgrade in that regard.
