Arsenal target Pedro Neto could be up for grabs in 2024

Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal are expected to push for the services of the 23-year-old Wolves winger Pedro Neto in 2024.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Pedro Neto will be the name to watch out for in 2024. The 23-year-old winger has been doing wonders for Wolves in the Premier League and many top clubs could push for his services next year.

Arsenal are one of the clubs that are interested in the services of the Portuguese international. The Gunners were interested in signing him back in the day. But, they failed to land him at the club. However, they are willing to try their luck again next year. They are well aware of the kind of quality he possesses and could end up pushing harder this time out to sign him.

Neto joined Wolves back in the summer of 2019 from Lazio. He has gone from strength to strength since joining the English club. He has slowly become one of the mainstays of the Premier League club and his performances at the club level have helped him make it into the Portugal national team.

The 23-year-old suffered last season because of injuries. His progress at the English club hit a major roadblock. The Portuguese international featured in just 21 matches and was on the pitch for just over 1,000 minutes. All he could manage was two-goal contributions.

After a season full of struggle, Neto has managed to turn things around in the ongoing campaign. He has featured in seven Premier League games and has five goal contributions to his name. The former Lazio winger has been putting in some incredible shifts and his performances haven’t gone unnoticed.

Quite a few clubs are keen on having him in their ranks. And, according to Romano, they will push for him in 2024. While his current deal runs until the summer of 2027, Wolves might end up cashing in on him in one of the upcoming transfer windows.

Arsenal are one of the clubs that will most likely return for his services. The Gunners need more firepower in their ranks to challenge for major titles and Neto can surely help their cause. However, it won’t be easy as there will be a lot of competition for him.
