Tottenham Hotspur are ready to put forward an offer for the services of 26-year-old Juventus defender Gleison Bremer.

According to a report by Fichajes, Tottenham Hotspur are keen on having Gleison Bremer in their ranks. Ange Postecoglou is looking to bolster his defence further and has his eyes set on the 26-year-old Juventus star.

Spurs struggled defensively last season and ever since his arrival at the club, Postecoglou has been looking for players to reinforce his defence. He has already added a few quality players to their backline and is now keen on singing a world-class centre-back. And, the Australian boss believes Bremer could do the job for his team.

The 26-year-old made a name for himself while playing for Italian club Torino. During his four-year-long stay at the club, he went from strength to strength and managed to put in some exceptional performances.

His performances didn’t go unnoticed as Juventus came calling last summer. The Brazil international has been an instant hit since joining the Italian gains. He has already featured in 48 matches and has contributed towards six goals.

Bremer is a constant feature in Massimiliano Allegri’s XI and has four years left on his deal with the club. But, the 26-year-old could be on the move in the near future given the amount of interest in his services.

Tottenham Hotspur are one of the clubs keen on having him in their ranks. The London club are looking to add a top defender to their ranks in order to strengthen their new project under the Australian boss. It has been a great start for Postecoglou at Spurs and he is keen on taking the next step by adding more quality to the mix.

The Brazil international is an important part of Juventus’ first team and they won’t let go of the 26-year-old with ease. As a result, Spurs are ready to table an offer of more than €40 million for the services of the former Torino defender.

However, the London club are not the only one interested in his services. A few other top clubs also want to acquire his services. And, they will surely make Tottenham’s life difficult. With other clubs keen, Spurs are looking to make sure they can strike a deal as early as possible.
