Dusan Vlahovic has been linked with a move away from Juventus this summer, and he has been linked with Chelsea and Real Madrid.
According to Romeo Agresti via Madrid Xtra, Chelsea are currently favourites to sign Dusan Vlahovic. The Juventus striker has also been linked with Real Madrid this summer.
It is no secret that Chelsea need to bring in a quality striker, and Vlahovic has emerged as a top target. The 23-year-old was regarded as one of the finest young attackers in the world during his time at Fiorentina, and he could develop into a key player for Chelsea in the coming seasons.
Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochetino has a proven track record of improving talented young players, and he could help the Serb, who scored only 14 goals across all competitions last season, fulfil his tremendous potential.
The 23-year-old has all the attributes to develop into a world class goal scorer, and a move away from Juventus would be ideal for him. He has not been able to hit top form since his move to Juventus, and moving away from the Italian club would give him a fresh start.

Chelsea have signed Nicolas Jackson to improve their attacking options so far. But they need to bring in another reliable goal scorer if they truly want to compete for major trophies. The Blues had a disappointing 2022/23 campaign by their standards, finishing 12th in the league table.
They will not be competing in the European competitions next season and will be focusing on domestic trophies and the league title. Someone like Vlahovic could make a big difference in the final third if he manages to hit the ground running. If Pochettino can get the best out of him in the coming seasons he could prove to be a superb investment for Chelsea.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid need to sign a quality striker as well after the departure of Karim Benzema, and they have been linked with the Serb. However, the Spanish giants should look to aim higher. Vlahovic remains a prodigious talent. But a club of Real Madrid’s stature should be aiming for elite players who can come in and transform them in the attack.
