Arsenal have been building a team for the future, and their focus is on signing young payers with huge potential. Andre seems to fit the bill. As far as Liverpool are concerned, they are looking to complete a midfield overhaul.

The Merseyside club have already signed an attack-minded midfielder. Now, they want to add someone who can cover for Fabinho and the 21-year-old could surely be a great addition. Meanwhile, Barcelona are always on the lookout for young talented players with potential, and they could surely push for Andre given his impressive rise over the past 12 months.

While Andre’s representatives have offered him to the European elites, Fulham are still confident about striking a deal for his services. They were keen on signing him back in January and were very close to acquiring his services for less than £20 million.

They failed to get it over the line back then but are optimistic about getting it over the line now. But, this time the fee will be around £25 million as he has made a lot of progress over the last six months and has even represented the Brazilian national team.
