Liverpool are ready to break the bank and offer €200 million for the services of 24-year-old PSG star Kylian Mbappe.

According to Edu Aguirre on El Chiringuito TV, Liverpool have entered the race for the signatures of Kylian Mbappe and they are willing to pay €200 million to acquire the services of the 24-year-old Paris Saint-Germain star forward.

Kylian Mbappe has been the talk of the town ever since the start of the transfer window and it seems the talk will go on until he moves to another club or the window ends.

The French World Cup winner’s contract with PSG ends in the summer of 2024. With just 12 months left in his contract, there is a lot of interest from across Europe. And, Mbappe has made it clear that he won’t pen down another deal with the club.

Meanwhile, PSG do not want to lose out on the 24-year-old for free and are ready to offload him in the ongoing summer. PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has made his stance pretty clear regarding the future of Mbappe. Al-Khelaifi has no intention of losing out on his star forward for free.

He wants the French international to make a decision regarding his future within the next 14 days. The French winger has been asked to renew his contract or leave the club in the ongoing window.

PSG won’t allow him to run down his deal and leave for free. Meanwhile, Mbappe wants to stay at the French club for another year as he eyes a loyalty bonus which according to reports is around €50 million.

PSG are ready to sell the 24-year-old superstar but they have placed a €200 million price tag on him. As per the report, Liverpool are ready to meet the asking price. The Merseyside club have been interested in the French World Cup winner for a while now and have finally made a move.

However, it won’t be easy to acquire his services as they have already spent close to €95 million on summer acquisitions and signing Mbappe will require much more than just €200 million given his lofty wages. And, on top of that, the player is desperate to join Real Madrid and Los Blancos are also keen on having him in their ranks in the near future.
